What in the world?

Have you ever seen anything like this before?

I'll give you a hint:
it was found at my favorite Farmer's Market.

It's the most unusual lemon I've ever seen.

They called it a Buddha's Hand. It has a thick peel and very little, if any, flesh. It's used for the zest or can be sliced for salads as the pith is milder than a regular lemon.
I never know what we are going to find there!

  1. Well that IS unusual! I've never seen (or heard) one of those before.

  2. VERY interesting! Never heard of one before - great shots of it!
