The BFG

Yesterday Katie and I went to see The BFG in Balboa Park with a couple of our friends. What is a BFG, you ask? It's short for The Big Friendly Giant, and is a character in a book written by Roald Dahl. His most famous character is Willy Wonka. The BFG is a cute book, and the play was adorable. Photography was not allowed during the play, and although it was *really* hard, I followed the rules and kept my camera off. Before the show we ate at the Prado, which is my favorite place for lunch. The food is d-lish, and the atmosphere is great too.

We had a wonderful Girl's Day Out and should do that more often.
