CJ had another swim meet last Sunday. He swam in the backstroke, the breast stroke and the freestyle.
We still need to get all his times, but he did improve his backstroke by 10 seconds. Great job CJ!

I've been hoping to see some pictures of that swim meet! That second photo is AMAZING! I want to print it and hang it on my wall and he's just my neighbor.... Keep up the good work CJ (and you too Lisa!)
